FlightFeeder Terms and Conditions

Operating a FlightFeeder or providing ADS-B data to FlightAware requires that you read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You agree that you will indemnify FlightAware against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out your use or installation of FlightFeeder or related equipment.
  2. You grant FlightAware a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, translate and distribute the data (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed.
  3. You may not disassemble*, de-compile, or reverse-engineer the FlightFeeder or any FlightAware software.
  4. Participation in FlightAware's ADS-B network is without compensation.
  5. All FlightFeeders remain the property of FlightAware* and users agree to return the FlightFeeder (at FlightAware's reasonable expense) upon request.
  6. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT CONTENT OR INFORMATION CONTAINED ON OR PROVIDED BY FLIGHTAWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. FlightAware DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR ENDORSEMENTS WHATSOEVER.
  7. You have read, understand, and agree with the FlightAware Terms of Use.

* Excludes the FlightFeeder Basic and FlightFeeder Pro when purchased from FlightAware.
